29 Sumner Road is conveniently within a short walk to the town centre and all that it has to offer.  As a self-catering house, 29 is a luxurious way to enjoy New Zealand at its best.  Built in 1867, this beautiful 3 bedroom historic home offers the most modern of features in an early colonial house.

Lyttelton is a very special place. Lyttelton Harbour is the northern major sea inlet on Banks Peninsula, Canterbury, New Zealand. Banks Peninsula was once a volcanic island and Lyttelton Harbour is now the sea-filled crater of a volcano that erupted more than 11 million years ago.

Lyttelton is isolated from the South’s capital Christchurch, by the rim of the now extinct volcano, but is linked by a road tunnel that gets you to the city centre in just 15 minutes or the international airport in 30 minutes.

Lyttelton offers the visitor spectacular scenery, a fascinating Maori and European history and an abundance of recreational opportunities. In the town you will find an eclectic collection of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants that line Lyttelton’s historic London Street, whilst one block lower is the port waterfront with another range of, shops and attractions.

29, luxury, comfort, convenience.
