Rates for 29 - 2010/2011

CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND, MAGNITUDE 6.3 EARTHQUAKE, 22 FEBRUARY 2011
    
29 Sumner Road was almost directly over the Epicentre of the Christchurch earthquake of 22 February 2011. The house and the whole Lyttelton community suffered substantial damage meaning that it is far from business as usual at the moment. The New Zealand authorities have put in place all necessary engineering surveys and funding for the clear up, demolition of unsafe structures and restoration of saveable structures. Lyttelton and 29, although badly damaged, have both survived. Currently closed for business and not in a position to take reservations for some time the community and the house will be back, open for business and stronger than before. Check back regularly for updates on the status of Lyttelton and 29.




29 is available for you to rent all year round.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any reservation queries you may have.

29 accommodates 6 guests. Rates listed include 4 guests and all linen.  Extra guests charged at NZ$25 per person per night:

NZ$250.00 per night, minimum stay 2 nights

NZ$220.00 per night 4 to 6 nights

NZ$200.00 per night 7 to 14 nights

Stays of over 14 nights at a reduced rate
Short-term stays available at a monthly rate
Long-term stays available at a monthly rate
Corporate rates available

Private dinner and cocktail parties fully catered at a negotiated rate
